Gathering Hall

Full Day Weekday Rate

Monday-Thursday

$400.00 per day ($350 members)

Includes Commercial Kitchen.

Friday-Sunday

$450.00 ($400 members)

$100 Friday night setup for an all day Saturday event, when available.

An all-day rental period is 10 am  – 10 pm. Event & cleanup must be complete by  10pm.

Hourly Rates:

Monday-Thursday:

2 hour increment $50.00 per hour ($45 member)

4 hour increment $50.00 per hour ($40 member)

Friday-Sunday:

4 hour increment $60.00 per hour ($50 member)

6 hour increment $50 per hour ($40 member), availability and start times are limited.

Day rates are the same as for the Main Gathering Hall.

Athletic Field

32,000 sq ft field, Nearly 3/4 acre maintained

$25.00 per day.

Our field provides a dedicated area for community children to practice their athletic skills.  It was constructed and funded by our friends in the Rotary Club of Cameron Park. This fenced, safe, and maintained field is available for rent.

All set-up, take-down, and clean-up is the renter’s responsibility and the allotted time for these must be within your rented hours.


We require a certificate of insurance for general liability in the amount of $1,000,000.00 with Shingle Springs Community Center endorsed as additional insured. If you will be serving alcohol at the event you are required to have “host liquor liability” as part of the coverage.


Hall and/or Commercial Kitchen Rentals require a $500.00 security/cleaning deposit. When rented independently from the Gathering Hall, our Outdoor Areas require a $50.00 security/cleaning deposit per area.


Post-event Walkthroughs are usually done the morning after the event, and time will depend on the facility schedule. We recommend our renters be present during the walkthrough so anything requiring additional cleaning can be taken care of at that time to avoid loss of cleaning deposit.


An all-day rental period is 10 am – 10 pm. Event must end and cleaning completed by  10pm. 


All set-up, take-down, and clean-up is the renter’s responsibility and the allotted time for these must be within your rented hours.
